December in Las Vegas means the venues are chasing convention and tourist money, and a local company's holiday party is small business by comparison. That shapes both what you can get and what it costs.
Nine options and their trade-offs.
1. A hosted murder mystery at your own venue
Ours, and first because it removes you from that competition completely. We come to your office or a room you already have, at a time that suits a workforce that does not all work nine to five.
It also stops people sitting with their own team all evening.
2. An off-Strip restaurant buyout
Summerlin, Henderson and Chinatown offer far better value than anything on the Strip. Book by September.
3. A hotel ballroom
Available in quantity and priced for groups larger than yours. Impressive, and big enough that a hundred people look lost.
4. A casino private room
Easier to arrange than people expect off-peak, and the food operation is genuinely capable. Watch minimum spends.
5. A daytime lunch
Much better attended in a city with this many shift patterns, and considerably cheaper.
6. A brewery or taproom
The local beer scene is better than its reputation and offers real function space at sensible prices.
7. A cooking or cocktail class
Good for twenty to thirty and reliably indoors.
8. A show as the whole event
Simple and memorable. Nobody talks to anybody for two hours, so pair it with a meal.
9. Charitable giving instead of an event
Well received and worthwhile. Not an event on its own.
Timing
Book December by the end of September. We ask for around 45 days, so early October is the practical last call.
If you want a party sized and priced for your own company, We bring the host, the storyline and every piece of the game to your venue, and we ask for about 45 days so it can be staffed and prepared properly. Pricing and availability shows what your guest count works out to, you can book a date directly, and the contact page reaches a person if you would rather talk it through first.
