Mesa reunions have the same problem as everywhere in the Valley: families gather in summer for school holidays, and summer here is a hundred and fifteen degrees. A July reunion is an indoor reunion with early-morning excursions, or it does not work.
1. A hosted murder mystery
Ours, and first because it is indoors, air-conditioned and works equally for a twelve-year-old and an eighty-year-old.
We come to wherever the family is — a rental house, a clubhouse, a church hall.
2. A pool day at the rental house
The centre of most Valley reunions. Early morning or after five in summer, and shade matters.
3. A drive up the Apache Trail or to the Superstitions
Genuinely dramatic and it works as a drive rather than a hike. Winter and spring.
4. A community clubhouse for the day
Cheap, private, air-conditioned and large enough for a big family. A blank room that needs a plan.
5. A day at Saguaro Lake or the Salt River
A proper outing and cooler than the city. Early start in summer.
6. A big group dinner in a private room
Worth doing once and reasonably priced. Mind the parking.
7. A family quiz or talent show
Free, and usually the older generation's favourite. Someone has to run it.
If you want one evening that works when the afternoon is unusable, We bring the host, the storyline and every piece of the game to your venue, and we ask for about 45 days so it can be staffed and prepared properly. Pricing and availability shows what your guest count works out to, you can book a date directly, and the contact page reaches a person if you would rather talk it through first.
