1. A hosted murder mystery at your own office or venue
Ours, and first because we come to you at whatever hour suits — including a morning or a mid-shift slot, which for a distribution or hospital team is often the only thing that works.
Everyone gets a character and a motive. Indoors and air-conditioned, which from June to September here is the difference between an event and an ordeal.
2. A Beale Street evening
Genuinely a Memphis thing and a good time. It is loud, it splits into small groups, and it excludes anyone not drinking.
3. An escape room
A few good ones around midtown. Strong for six to eight and it fragments above that.
4. A Grizzlies game
Easy and popular, and the arena is central. Three hours facing the same direction.
5. A barbecue cookout or crawl
The most Memphis option and a genuinely good shared experience. Bring it in rather than moving a large group between places.
6. A cooking class
Good for twelve to twenty-five and reliably indoors. Priced per head.
7. Volunteering
Very well received in this city and easy to arrange. Parallel work rather than shared work.
8. A river or riverfront outing
Pleasant in spring and autumn. In July the humidity off the river is serious.
