St. Pete has its own identity separate from Tampa, and often its own workforce — but a lot of teams straddle the bay, and the bridges decide everything. An event on the wrong side at the wrong hour costs you a third of your attendance.
1. A hosted murder mystery at your own office or venue
Ours, and first because we come to you, which removes the bridge question entirely.
Everyone gets a character and a motive, indoors and air-conditioned — which from June to September is the only workable format.
2. A waterfront or pier afternoon
The St. Pete Pier is genuinely good and free. Excellent October to April; in August the afternoon storm is close to scheduled.
3. An escape room
Indoors, good for six to eight, and it fragments above that.
4. A brewery buyout
A genuinely strong scene here with real function space at good prices. Non-drinkers need thought.
5. A cooking class
Good for twelve to twenty-five and reliably indoors.
6. A museum visit
The Dalí is a genuine world-class asset and unlike anything else in the region. People wander.
7. A boat or bay trip
Distinctive and contained. Weather-dependent and it rules out anyone prone to seasickness.
8. Volunteering
Well received. Parallel work rather than shared work.
The St. Pete planning note
Check which side of the bay your people live on before choosing anything. And from June to September plan indoors — the four o'clock storm is a pattern, not a risk.
If the bridges decide who turns up to your events, We bring the host, the storyline and every piece of the game to your venue, and we ask for about 45 days so it can be staffed and prepared properly. Pricing and availability shows what your guest count works out to, you can book a date directly, and the contact page reaches a person if you would rather talk it through first.
