Scottsdale is a popular reunion destination for a reason — rental houses with pools, good weather half the year, and enough to do. The problem is that families gather in summer and summer here is a hundred and fifteen degrees.
1. A hosted murder mystery
Ours, and first because it is indoors, air-conditioned and works equally for a twelve-year-old and an eighty-year-old.
We come to wherever the family is — a rental house, a clubhouse, a resort meeting room.
2. A pool day at the rental house
The centre of most Scottsdale reunions. Early morning or after five in summer, and shade matters more than people expect.
3. A desert drive or jeep tour
Spectacular and it works as a drive rather than a hike. October to April, or at sunrise.
4. A day at Taliesin West or a museum
Indoors, air-conditioned and genuinely interesting for older relatives.
5. An Old Town afternoon
Compact, walkable and shaded in places, with somewhere to sit.
6. A big group dinner in a private room
Worth doing once. Away from peak Old Town pricing if you can.
7. A family quiz or talent show
Free, and usually the older generation's favourite. Someone has to run it.
If you want one evening that works when the afternoon is unusable, We bring the host, the storyline and every piece of the game to your venue, and we ask for about 45 days so it can be staffed and prepared properly. Pricing and availability shows what your guest count works out to, you can book a date directly, and the contact page reaches a person if you would rather talk it through first.
