Sell tickets to a murder mystery night
You provide the venue and bring the crowd. We host the game and run every ticket — and you keep 65% of each one sold. No package to choose and nothing to pay up front.
A revenue share, not a package price
Our private events are priced by party size. A ticketed event is not: there is no package, no flat fee and no deposit. You are paid your share after the event.
Our 35% is worked out on the listed ticket price. You set that price, so a promotion or a discount code you choose to run comes off your share, not ours.
Of every ticket sold, at the price you set. Nothing is held back for materials, hosts or travel.
No package, no deposit and no joining fee. If the night sells nothing, you owe us nothing.
The floor, not the target. A ticketed date needs to be on sale long enough for people to actually buy.
Nobody is guessing who owns which part

From a date to a full room
Book your date
Tell us the venue, the date, how many you can seat and the theme you want. Nothing is charged.
Sign the agreement
Your agreement arrives by email the moment you reserve. You sign it online, we countersign, and you both get the executed PDF.
We get you set up
An event coordinator puts you on our reservation system and sends your booking link, our logos and the artwork for your theme. Tickets open at your price.
We run the night
Your host arrives, the game runs 90 to 120 minutes around your meal, and your 65% is paid after the event.
What the commercial agreement asks of you
None of this is a surprise clause buried in a contract. It is here before you ask for a date.
Marketing we approve
Public-facing marketing is approved by us at least 21 days before the event. Credit A Murder Mystery Dinner, use the artwork we supply, and keep the show name and format as they are.
Capacity you can seat
Up to 100 guests per event, and ticket sales can never exceed your venue’s legal capacity.
The game stays ours
The script, characters and materials are not sublicensed, resold or reproduced, and the show is not recorded or streamed for resale without written consent.
Either side can walk
If the brand terms are breached — unapproved marketing, unsafe ticket sales, misuse of the name — we can cancel the event.
Tell us about your night
Nothing is charged here and no card is asked for, and no package is chosen — a ticketed event does not have one. Reserving here holds your date. Your agreement comes by email straight away to sign online.
Your date is reserved.
Your agreement is on its way from Info@amurdermysterydinner.com. Sign it online, we countersign, and a fully executed PDF comes back to you both.
From there an event coordinator gets you set up on our reservation system, so you can watch your sales come in and send your customers straight to your own booking link. We send our logos, the artwork for your theme and the branding requirements at the same time.
Our 35% is calculated on the listed ticket price whether or not a ticket sells for less, so any discount or promotion you offer is borne by you. You set the listed price and therefore control that entirely. The full commercial agreement is sent before any date is confirmed, and nothing goes on sale until it is signed.
The things people ask first
How much does it cost us?
Nothing up front and no package price. A ticketed event is a revenue share: you keep 65% of every ticket sold and our share is 35%, worked out on the listed ticket price. You are paid after the event.
Who sells the tickets?
We do. Your event gets its own page on our website and all ticketing runs through our platform, so you are not setting up a checkout or chasing refunds. You get a live sales dashboard to watch it fill.
Who sets the ticket price?
You do. Our 35% is calculated on the listed ticket price, so if you run a promotion or a discount code the reduction comes off your share rather than ours. You control the price and therefore control that entirely.
Can we advertise it ourselves?
Yes, and we would like you to. We approve the public-facing marketing at least 21 days before the event, you use the artwork we supply, and the show name and format stay as they are. We handle advertising on our side at the same time.
How far ahead do we need to pick a date?
Thirty days is the minimum. For a ticketed night you want considerably longer than that, because the date has to be on sale long enough for people to buy.
How many people can you run it for?
Up to 100 guests per event. Ticket sales cannot exceed your venue’s legal capacity, and the permits, insurance and licensing for selling tickets where you are remain yours.
What do we need to provide?
The venue, the food and drink if there is a meal, and access for our team at least 45 minutes before the start. We bring the game, the host and all the game materials.
What happens after we reserve?
Reserving here holds your date and sends your agreement by email. You sign it online, we countersign, and a fully executed PDF goes to you and to us. That confirms the booking. An event coordinator then gets you set up on our reservation system: your own login to watch sales come in, your event page, and a booking link you can send your own customers to. At the same time we send our logos, the artwork for the theme you picked, and the branding requirements, which you are welcome to co-brand with your own.
Is this the same as your Partner Program?
No. The Partner Program is for venues running mystery nights as their full-time business on a committed schedule. This is for a venue putting on an occasional ticketed event, with no minimum number of events, no territory and nothing to join.
Not selling tickets?
If the night is a private gathering — a birthday, a company party, a wedding event — that is priced by party size instead, and you can book it start to finish online.
